A SAUDI POEM

I've traveled all around the world
10,000 miles wide
I've seen the cities of many lands
the low and sublime.

I've walked the Alpine mountain peaks
and along Death Valleys floor
I've seen the exotic orient
and California's golden shore.

Now out here in the desert
waiting on the brink of war
It compares to nothing I've aver seen
how can I take much more

So I turn my thoughts to Jesus
and the things he did endure
and I see my pain is nothing
next to his thats for sure

And I know hes always with me
and I keep him by my side
And I pray to him each evening
and he helps me through the night

Now I know my family's waiting
so very far away
And I feel the love of all our friends
who pray for us each day

So I put myself in our Savior's hands
and surrender all to him
And soon before I know it
I'll be back home again
